As a Security Professional - Patrol Unarmed in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter potential security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with employees and visitors to create a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to help to deter potential risks within the facility.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with questions or directions while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management relevant to the industrial environment.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
