As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Tech Campus in Conshohocken, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while maintaining strong visibility and providing outstanding customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, respond to situations as they arise, and communicate professionally at all times. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter potential issues.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing guidance and information as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a professional environment at the site.
• Adapt to varying working environments and conditions specific to the tech, media, and telecom facilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
