As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Logistics Site in Bernville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible and approachable presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at logistics and distribution locations by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Communicate and interact with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to provide assistance and enforce site policies.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
