As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrol Part-Time in Arcadia, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity within the property to help to deter disruptions and promote a secure environment.
  • Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed in response to security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
