As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Boston, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will conduct regular, visible patrols throughout the premises to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to security-related situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations on the premises in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents related to the facility's operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management, client personnel, and local authorities as necessary.
• Maintain awareness of policies specific to food and beverage locations to help support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
