As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrols Unarmed in Temecula, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to address questions and/or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Document incidents and/or routine activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
