As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Team in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to the people on site. By conducting routine patrols and engaging with staff and visitors, you will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random security-related patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards observed during patrols to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Assist with access control and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises as required by site procedures.
• Support the enforcement of company policies and procedures throughout the location.
• Document and communicate any incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
