As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver Harbor in Dana Point, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including the business and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Assist with access control, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or other emergency protocols as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
