As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Driver in Whitestown, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence in a healthcare location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting staff and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential security-related issues.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activities within the healthcare environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members, staff, and visitors to support a secure environment.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas, following established protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and location leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
