As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrols Part-Time in Louisville, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregularities.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, conditions, or incidents as per Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and provide guidance regarding site procedures and access as needed.
  • Collaborate with on-site representatives and law enforcement as directed for incident resolution and/or emergency support.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate written reports and log entries related to daily activities, incidents, and observations at the location.
  • Remain alert and attentive to changing conditions in a technology and media-focused environment, adapting to site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
