Job Description


As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driver in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling commercial real estate locations. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while offering outstanding customer service to those on site. You will be responsible for maintaining visibility, responding to incidents as they arise, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed while on duty.
  • Collaborate with property management and other personnel as needed to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
  • Assist with access control measures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings to help to deter potential incidents and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
