Job Description


As a Security Professional - Access Control Driver Role in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a commercial real estate location. Your presence and professionalism will provide reassurance to those on site as you conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas, verifying credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries related to access procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and address any security-related concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of access control activities, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures.
  • Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations and maintain a secure environment.
  • Report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development related to access control and security-related procedures within a commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
