As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Napoleon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while patrolling unarmed at a prominent food and beverage location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility to help to deter unwanted activities, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with company policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter within a food and beverage production environment to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe for signs of suspicious behavior or activity in and around the location and report findings according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Support access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor check-ins to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner as part of daily responsibilities.
• Communicate with supervisors, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner while representing Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
