As a Security Officer - Dispatch Commercial Driver in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring activities, coordinating communications, and supporting on-site teams. Your presence and prompt response will help to deter security-related incidents, foster strong relationships with tenants and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for all security-related activities within the commercial property location.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and requests for assistance throughout the site as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of calls, incidents, and actions taken during the shift.
• Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures during routine operations and/or emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting occupants and visitors at the commercial property location.
• Work closely with Allied Universal and property management teams to relay information and support security-related operations.
• Support regular and random patrol assignments by dispatching officers as directed and monitoring their status.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent as required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
