As a Security Officer in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations at a leading technology and media location. Your duties will involve monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and assisting teams with timely information to help to deter incidents and keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Operate dispatch systems to monitor security-related communications and coordinate response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing communication tools to relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random checks of locations using monitoring equipment or remote observation tools, supporting on-site teams as needed.
• Help to deter potential issues by maintaining a visible and attentive presence through dispatch monitoring and coordination.
• Maintain thorough and accurate logs of all communications, incidents, and actions taken during the shift.
• Collaborate closely with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to all company and site-specific protocols and guidelines relevant to a tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred, subject to state and/or local laws.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
