What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Conduct both regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any irregularities.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns within the food and beverage production environment.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials, as necessary, to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors, providing assistance and information related to security-related matters.
  • Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
  • Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions on the premises, promptly reporting them to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
