As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and engaging with visitors to deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe for and report any unusual activity or conditions during patrols throughout the assigned area.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site policies.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support a secure environment by remaining alert to potential security-related concerns and assisting visitors or employees as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
