As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in the dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding thoughtfully to situations, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, working closely with site personnel and local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity, adapting to the unique environment of a tech, media, or telecom location.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols.
• Support the maintenance of order and protection of assets within the location by observing and documenting occurrences during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards of conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
