As a Security Professional - Media Facility Roving Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following established security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following appropriate protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management as directed.
• Assist with access control and/or visitor management as required by location guidelines.
• Follow emergency response procedures and support evacuation or lockdown activities as appropriate.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, visitors, and team members at all times while representing Allied Universal on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
