As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Driver PT in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a member of the Allied Universal team, you will patrol and monitor healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Your presence will help create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, remain highly visible, and provide support as needed. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter disturbances and unauthorized access.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or issues according to site protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to maintain a welcoming environment while performing security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
  • Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be able to provide proof as required by the client.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
