As a Security Professional - Patrol Shift Supervisor in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to provide a strong presence, and deliver top-tier customer service through clear communication and responsiveness. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all vehicles or individuals entering and leaving the premises.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel to provide directions, information, and assistance as needed.
• Complete all required reports and logs in an accurate and timely manner as directed by site policies and Allied Universal procedures.
• Remain alert to any environmental or operational hazards specific to a food and beverage production environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
