What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at logistics and distribution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity.
• Assist with site access control, verifying credentials of visitors, contractors, and/or employees as required by location procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or local law enforcement as directed during emergency or incident response situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
