As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive interactions with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for irregularities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other Allied Universal team members to support security-related objectives for the site.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitor entry and exit points, and verify credentials as required by site policies.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks or hazards in the environment and communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
