What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Follow site-specific post orders and instructions, adapting to dynamic manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring individuals entering or leaving the location as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
