As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to guests, staff, and visitors. This post is primarily a driving position, and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail or mall location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall area and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related risks, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in access control by observing and addressing unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior within the location as instructed by Allied Universal.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff in executing emergency protocols and/or evacuation procedures as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of patrols, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
