As a Security Professional - Auto Patrol Specialist in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a leading automotive location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting visitors and employees, and responding to incidents as needed while delivering exceptional customer service. You will use technology to manage access control and provide clear communication to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in an automotive environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities within the automotive facility.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and onsite personnel regarding security-related incidents.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by location protocols.
• Support emergency response activities and follow established procedures specific to the automotive industry location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
