As a Security Officer - Unarmed Manufacturing Patrol in Franklin, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, remain visible throughout your shift, and communicate clearly with team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and exterior perimeter.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and/or unusual situations as directed by site instructions.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate daily activity reports in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
