As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Unarmed Patrol in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of the premises, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations with professionalism, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with attention to areas typical for financial institutions such as entrances, exits, and transaction points.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client, adapting to the particular needs of financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
