As a Security Officer – Retail Front Desk in Monroeville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring access and assisting guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including communicating clear instructions and supporting evacuation procedures if needed.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.
• Support daily operations by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with general inquiries from visitors and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
