What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, hazards, or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or clients to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
