What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals entering or exiting the location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and assisting with directions as needed.
• Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and delivery personnel prior to granting entry.
• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment for staff, guests, and property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate parties when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related events.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required.
• Remain alert and observant at the front desk post to help to deter unauthorized activity or prohibited items from entering the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
