What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and monitor for unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, property damage, or suspicious behavior to Allied Universal management and/or on-site leadership.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to maintain order within the location.
• Offer directions or assistance to visitors, tenants, and staff as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency procedures, including evacuations or lockdowns, in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
