As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Bank in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Your proactive approach and customer-focused mindset will contribute to a secure environment for clients and staff. This is a driving post, so you will operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding area to help to deter suspicious activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries and report security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
