As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver TWIC Required in Lima, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor for unusual conditions or activities and report findings according to established protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel to support security-related operations and/or incident response.
  • Document observations and actions taken during patrols and incident responses as required by Allied Universal and location guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
