As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver Required CRE in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a bustling commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address the situation.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and reporting as needed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the commercial real estate property.
  • Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Communicate and interact with visitors, tenants, and/or employees in a professional manner.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
