As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist Financial in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity found during patrols within the location.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors as needed while performing patrol duties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs or reports of security-related observations and incidents as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
