As a Security Officer - Flex Dispatch CRE in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Monitor and manage communications related to the location, including incoming calls, radio traffic, and incident reporting.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of security personnel to various areas of the property as needed based on incidents and requests.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of security-related activities, incidents, and communications for the site.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing updates to management and support to on-site personnel.
  • Assist in monitoring surveillance systems and/or alarm panels to identify potential security-related concerns within the commercial real estate location.
  • Collaborate with building management and Allied Universal staff to facilitate a secure environment by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
