What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruption at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and around the perimeter to help to deter theft, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to site procedures.
• Assist with crowd control and manage disturbances to support a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Document and report all security-related activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocol.
• Work closely with retail staff and management to communicate security-related concerns and support overall site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
