As a Security Guard - Armed Financial Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols at a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities, contributing to a secure environment for clients and staff. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.
  • Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents at the location.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and patrons.
  • Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client-specific instructions related to armed patrol duties and response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
