What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities and incidents as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Provide support during emergency situations by following established protocols and assisting first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
