Job Description


As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol in MILWAUKEE, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment for employees, visitors, and patients. By remaining highly visible and approachable, you will provide exceptional customer service and communication, responding to situations with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $28.28 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age

Minimum 2 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or incidents, according to site procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, occurrences, and observations during patrols.
  • Collaborate with facility personnel and/or emergency responders as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
  • Promote a welcoming and professional environment for staff, patients, and visitors by assisting with inquiries and providing security-related guidance as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You must have at least two years of security-related experience, or at least one year of law enforcement experience, or at least two years of experience as a security-related supervisor or manager, or at least three years of security-related experience.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
