As a Security Professional - Tech Building Concierge in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a valued team member at Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to support a secure atmosphere for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, being attentive to any unusual activity or conditions. Working environments and conditions may vary based on the site.
• Assist with access control and visitor management, observing for any issues and reporting concerns as required.
• Support the overall security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
