As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities will include communicating with onsite teams, managing incident reports, and assisting in routine patrols to help to deter unwanted incidents. What You'll Do:

• Serve as a primary communication point for security-related incidents and information within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and document incoming calls, alarms, and radio traffic, dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
• Coordinate response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and security-related occurrences.
• Communicate with on-site personnel and management regarding ongoing security-related issues and provide updates as necessary.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the facility.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols, including during emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• A college degree is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
