As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or incidents.
• Observe and report unusual activities or incidents to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with controlling access to the location and monitor entrances and exits as required.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as directed by site management and Allied Universal.
• Collaborate with team members and site staff to maintain a professional presence and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
