As a Security Officer - Armed Residential Patrol Driver in DALLAS, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a prestigious residential location. In this role, you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. As this is both an armed and driving position, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle on-site and carrying out your duties with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a professional and courteous manner, providing customer service to individuals at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to manage and document each occurrence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location for suspicious or unusual behavior and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist residents, guests, and staff as needed, addressing questions or concerns while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and communicating with the appropriate parties.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrol observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
