As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout logistics and distribution locations. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, addressing any potential concerns, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to all personnel on-site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access by maintaining a visible presence and reporting observations as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel at the location.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Assist in enforcing site rules and regulations to help maintain an orderly environment within the logistics and distribution setting.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and assisting local authorities or site management when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
