What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following protocols set by Allied Universal and the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report activities, helping to deter unauthorized or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences observed during patrols.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
