As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Driver - Government in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout government locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to those on the premises. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences, according to established procedures.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors to offer assistance and relay important information as needed.
• Follow all Allied Universal protocols and training guidelines while performing patrol duties at the government location.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military police, or corrections is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
