As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the facility, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Perform regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the food and beverage location.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, applying emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related violations, or incidents according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment within the location.
• Remain alert and observant while on patrol to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other prohibited activities in and around the food and beverage facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
