As a Security Professional - Media Site Patrol Driver in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent customer service to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies as well as emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the location, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related breaches, or hazards identified during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and/or site personnel to address concerns and maintain order.
• Complete required reports, logs, or documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
